Purpose of Committee
The purpose of the Legal Committee is to serve as general counsel to the Society. Specific duties include:
a. To ensure the Society complies with the corporation laws of its state of domicile, Wisconsin;
b. To ensure the Society acts in accordance with its corporate Charter and Bylaws;
c. At the direction of the President or Board, to address specific legal issues for the Society.
