Under the SRMC Bylaws, there are six (6) standing committees, and other committees of the board may be established from time to time. Each committee is required to have a minimum of three (3) members and meet at least once between each conference, at which time they present a report with any recommendations. Note: unless a committee has been delegated with particular authority under the Bylaws or by the Board, any action or recommendations require approval of the Board.
Each committee chair (with the exception of the Executive and Nominating) is appointed by the SRMC President.
