Meetings Committee

Purpose

In conjunction with conference hosts, the Meetings Committee locates cities for upcoming SRMC semi-annual meetings, secures conference facilities and accommodations, coordinates zero-net loss budgeting efforts unless otherwise approved by the board, works with the Education Committee for selecting speakers and is responsible for overall conference organization with SRMC’s Executive Director.
